Starting at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, the new Hwy. CC bridge will open allowing Hwy. CC traffic to cross over Hwy. 67, Missouri Department of Transportation officials announced today, Oct. 30.

At the same time the bridge is opening, crews will close the southbound Hwy. 67 exit to Hwy. CC in order to finish construction of the new exit ramp and outer road. This closure is expected to continue through Friday, Nov. 20.

During the closure, travelers on Hwy. CC will continue to have access to the entrance ramp to southbound Hwy. 67. Entrance and exit ramps connecting Hwy. CC to northbound Hwy. 67 will remain open.

Southbound Hwy. 67 traffic will be detoured to Hwy. 110 to access Hwy. CC.

Upon completion of this phase, the interchange will be fully open to traffic.

All work is weather dependent. For additional information about current and upcoming detours and project status, visit the I-55 Corridor Improvement project website at modot.org.
