An unlucky-in-love singleton has built his very own dating website in a bid to find a girlfriend — after getting fed up with modern apps like Tinder.
Nick Poninski, 42, has spent his life looking for a long-lasting relationship but says modern dating has proved infuriating.
So in an attempt to find "the one" the budding romantic has now designed an entire website dedicated to finding a girlfriend.
Now rather than swiping endlessly, Nick has had over 1,200 potential suitors visiting his site leading to several "positive conversations."
Nick's dedicated dating page features a personal video, photographs, answers to frequently asked questions and information about his personality and values, with an invitation for women to get in touch.

It even has testimonials from his mom.
The human resources consultant, from Sheffield, England, says he wants a lasting relationship like his parents' 48-year marriage.
He said: "Dating apps never really worked for me.
"After years of trying the traditional route, I realized I either carried on doing what everyone else was doing and hoped for a different result, or I tried something completely different.
"I'm looking for one person, not hundreds.
"My mom and dad have been happily married since 1978, and I'd love to build something just as lasting.
"At 42, I'd quite like to get started."
Nick says he has experimented with everything to try and find a lasting partner.

He has told how he has tried speed dating, blind dating, and even striking up conversations in supermarkets but says meeting people naturally has become increasingly difficult.
He said: "Modern dating feels strange.
"Dating apps or using Instagram can be exhausting.
"Walking up to someone in real life can feel like a huge amount of pressure for everyone involved.
"There has to be an easier way.
"I've always felt I come across much better in person than I do in a handful of photos."
Nick's job in HR is to grow clients' businesses and he decided that if he can use websites to find customers, perhaps he could use one to find the right partner.
So he decided to set up the website, which went live on June 4 earlier this year.
He said: "I wanted to create something that let people get to know the real me first."
His site includes a bio and details of his "kind of woman."

They include being "kind and fun," someone who "looks after" themself and "enjoys being active" has their "own life and opinions" and likes "good conversations, daft humor, and traveling to cool places."
It also has testimonials from his roommate Henry, 26, who says Nick is "tidier than expected" and his mom Jan, 75, who says her son is "handsome."
If the woman then "likes what they see," they are then directed to his Instagram where they can send him a nudge.
Nick says the project has already attracted 1,200 visitors following a soft launch in a singles Facebook group.
While there hasn't been a fairy-tale ending just yet, Nick says that was "never really the point."
He has also admitted the idea might sound unusual, but says that's exactly why he believes it resonates.
He said: "We spend so much time complaining about modern dating that I thought it would be more interesting to actually try something different.
"It might be a terrible idea.
"It might be brilliant.
"Either way, it'll make a better story than another evening spent swiping."
