The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) announced it will close all lanes of northbound and southbound I-55 at Hwy. Z in Pevely from midnight to 5 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, to relocate a transmission line.
Ameren crews will relocate a transmission line that crosses I-55 south of the Hwy. Z interchange, weather permitting, MoDOT officials said in a written statement.
Detour signage will direct I-55 traffic to exit at the I-55/Hwy. Z interchange or the I-55 McNutt Road interchange and use Hwy. 61-67 to bypass the closed section of I-55.
