The 18th annual Jefferson County Law Enforcement Memorial Prayer Breakfast will be held Tuesday (May 15) at the Quality Inn, 1200 W. Gannon Drive, in Festus. Doors open at 6:45 a.m., with breakfast promptly at 7:30 a.m. The guest speaker will be Jeff Jensen, the district attorney for the U.S. Eastern District of Missouri.
The event, sponsored by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, recognizes law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty, as well as those currently serving in law enforcement.
