Total Access Urgent Care, 408 Brothers Ave., in Festus is scheduled to open Wednesday, Dec. 4.

“Our motto is to provide ‘Fast, Friendly and Affordable’ health care in any community,” said Dr. Matt Bruckel, founder and chief executive officer of Total Access.

The Festus site will be the 27th Total Access Urgent Care on the Missouri side of the greater St. Louis metropolitan area, he said.

“We have discovered the towns south of St. Louis have very few options for medical care,” Bruckel said. “We want to do our part to increase the options and provide top medical care.”

He said Total Access offers quality medical care comparable to emergency rooms at a fraction of the cost.

“Our services cost approximately one-eighth of the cost of the emergency department of a hospital,” Bruckel said.

The new Festus Total Access building is approximately 5,000 square feet.

The company has more than 500 employees it rotates from location to location.

“We have 512 employees for 26 sites,” Bruckel said.

He said Total Access sites are open every day, including holidays. The Festus site will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

“We are excited to be in the community,” Bruckel said.
