At 3:23 p.m., Bradley J. Thorburg, 60, of Eureka was driving east in a 2022 Nissan Frontier when he failed to stop for a steady red light and struck a northbound 2006 Jeep Liberty driven by Karli E. Rulo, who was making a left turn, the report said.
Rulo was moderately injured and taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, the report said.
According to the report, Rulo was wearing a seat belt and Thorburg was not wearing one.
