A Hillsboro woman was injured on Old Sugar Creek Road at Hunning Road west of High Ridge on Wednesday, Jan. 17, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 8 a.m., Lori Mayer, 47, was driving a northbound 2020 Jeep Cherokee when the vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, struck a tree and overturned, the report said.
Mayer was moderately injured and taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County where she was listed in satisfactory condition as of Thursday afternoon, Jan. 18, a hospital spokesman said.
According to the report, Mayer was wearing a seat belt and the vehicle was totaled.
