A Hillsboro man was injured Monday afternoon, Nov. 20, in a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. Y south of Peter Moore Lane north of De Soto, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 1:20 p.m., Glen J. Kennemore, 49, was driving a northbound 2006 Chevrolet Colorado, allegedly traveling too fast for the wet road conditions, and ran off the road, where the pickup overturned, the report said.
Kennemore was moderately injured and taken by Valle Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County where he was in satisfactory condition this morning, Nov. 21, a hospital spokesman said.
According to the report, Kennemore was wearing a seat belt, and the vehicle was totaled.
