A Florissant woman was injured Thursday night, Sept. 29, in an accident on I-55 in Barnhart, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 10 p.m., Bridget A. Woodfork, 49, was driving south in a 2020 Dodge Challenger when she traveled off the right side of the road, struck the rock bluff and overturned, the report said.
Woodfork was moderately injured and taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, where she was treated and released, a hospital spokesperson said.
Woodfork was wearing a seat belt, and the Challenger was totaled, according to the report.
