Alec S. Jensen, 20, of Fenton was injured in a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 30 near the Gravois Bluffs shopping plaza on Wednesday night (Aug. 22) in the Jefferson County portion of Fenton, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
Jensen was driving a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe east on Hwy. 30 at about 11:35 p.m. when the SUV ran off the left side of the highway east of Gravois Bluffs Boulevard and struck a guardrail, the report said.
Jensen was moderately injured and transported by Fenton Fire District to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, where he was treated and released, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Jenson was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The Hyundai sustained moderate damage, the report said.
