A Grubville man was hurt in a motorcycle accident Saturday evening, June 17, on Hwy. HH in the Robertsville area of western Franklin County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Dakota Roberts, 20, was riding a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle north on Hwy. HH and at 7 p.m. was attempting to turn left onto Hendricks Road when an unidentified vehicle pulled out of Hendricks and into the path of the motorcycle, causing it to skid off the side of the road and hit a ditch, and Roberts was thrown off the motorcycle.
He suffered moderate injuries and was taken by St. Clair Ambulance to Mercy Hospital Washington, the report said.
An update on his condition was not available.
Roberts was wearing a state-approved safety helmet, the report said. The motorcycle had moderate damage, according to the report.
