An Arnold man was injured Friday morning, April 26, in a motorcycle crash at Hwy. 141 and Fiedler Lane in the Jefferson County portion of Fenton, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 9:05 a.m., Brian R. Billman, 31, was riding a northbound 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R motorcycle and allegedly ran a red light before beginning to slide and striking the left rear of a 2012 Isuzu NPR truck driven south by Victor A. Roark, 36, of Imperial, the report said.
Billman was moderately injured and taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, where he was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
He was wearing a helmet, and Roark was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The motorcycle was totaled, and the truck had minor damage, the report said.
