Deborah Kay “Hurricane” (Nunn) Scott, 63, of Fenton died March 6, 2023, in Fenton. Mrs. Scott loved animals, especially her dogs, and she enjoyed spending time with family. She was known for her bright smile, witty attitude and kind heart. Born Oct. 15, 1959, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Wynona (Brown) Nunn. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ricky Scott.
She is survived by two daughters: Mandy (Bobby) Grofe and Julie (Nick) Casby; five grandchildren: Jayda Grofe, Fender Grofe, Kaelyn Grofe, Corbin Casby and Brody Casby; two brothers: Charlie Nunn and Jerry (Kim) Nunn; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Bill (Nancy) Warden and Robin Nunn.
Memorial visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
