Emmy, a 4-year-old, mixed-breed cat, often can be found in boxes, just like she is in this photo, said her owner, Kelly Plaszczyk of Arnold.
“She likes boxes,” Plaszczyk said. “You put a box down, she’ll be in it, even if she can’t fit. We put this box down for her earlier this year.”
Plaszczyk said Emmy still loves the box.
“That’s her box,” she said. “She doesn’t sleep in it. She just hides in there.”
Plaszczyk said Emmy is devoted to her.
“She’s a little timid,” Plaszczyk said. “She only really shows affection to me.”
