Karen Kunzelmann of High Ridge submitted this photo taken in April showing her dogs Dolly and Mia at a familiar spot in the house.
Mia, 12, is a goldendoodle, and Dolly, a labradoodle, died at age 11 recently.
“They like to look out the back door,” she said. “They like to watch the deer. They were enjoying the view at our new home.”
Kunzelmann said she appreciated her time with Dolly and loves Mia.
“Both were very loving,” she said. “They’re people dogs and they like to play with other dogs.”
