Arnold Animal Control officials say Ginger, a really big cat, also has a really big, loving personality. She is described as generally calm and not active.
She enjoys sitting and being petted and likes to watch all the activity at the Arnold Animal Control facility. She does not appear to be bothered much by the other cats and dogs at the facility, staff say.
All cats offered for adoption by Arnold Animal Control receive a routine examination, one feline leukemia/feline immunodeficiency virus test, one feline distemper vaccination, one rabies vaccination and surgery to spay or neuter. The adoption fee for female cats at the facility is $110.

PET SPOT invites readers to submit a photo of their pets or nonprofit animal shelters to send one of an adoptable pet, plus a little information about the pet, to nvrweakly@aol.com. Please include a phone number and city of residence for submissions from individuals and contact information for animal shelters. A new PET SPOT is posted regularly.
