Jean Naeger of Cedar Hill took this picture of her grandson, Evan Thomas Strosahl, on May 7. Evan is the son of Naeger’s daughter and son-in-law, Jen and Andy Strohsal of St. Louis “This photo was taken on Evan’s second birthday,” his grandmother says. “He’s a special little guy celebrating with his ever-adoring grandparents, Chuck and Jeanie Naeger.” Asked why this photo is special, she replies, “Look at that face! How can it not be?”
