Festus Project Prom, a safe after-prom lock-in event held Saturday (April 21) at the Jefferson County Family YMCA in Festus, kept more than 200 teenagers busy into the wee hours of Sunday morning. They enjoyed athletics, swimming, casino-style games, board games, inflatables and the chance to win prizes... and lots of food. The event was set up and run by a group of dedicated... and very tired... parents.
