Kale Chips
Fresh kale
Olive oil
Coarse kosher salt
Tear kale into bite-sized pieces, removing any thick stems. Next massage kale with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt for taste.
Bake on a cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees until the kale has a nice crispy curled edge.
These are a great substitute for potato chips!
