True Title Company will not shy away from a challenge.

President John Duckworth said the full-service real estate business is confident it will find solutions for even the most difficult problems that can occur when trying to complete a deal.

“We pride ourselves on our depth of experience and ability to solve problems,” Duckworth said. “(John T. Banjak, principal and general counsel) and I have a wealth of knowledge from our years in the business. Our ability to underwrite and understand risk and how to mitigate that risk is really what separates us from others in the market.”

True Title’s closers serve as the conduit for real estate transactions, tying together the financial, legal and emotional aspects, ensuring the property is clear of liens and is properly conveyed to the owners, according to the company’s website.

The business offers title insurance for residential, investor, commercial and home builders, and it offers construction disbursing and escrow settlement services.

True Title has 13 locations throughout the St. Louis area, including at 54 Legends Parkway in Eureka and 7206 Executive Parkway in House Springs. It also has locations in Clayton, Arnold, Chesterfield, Farmington, Festus, Frontenac, Dardenne Prairie and Lake St. Louis.

“We have grown through our ability to problem solve and by being an employee-centric company,” said Duckworth, who said True Title has been open for 11 years. “We focus on taking care of our employees, supporting our employees and compensating them well. When your employees are happy, they enjoy their job better and treat the customers better. Those two things are the reason we have been able to grow as fast as we can.”
