For realtor Davises, it’s all about being neighborly
Matt and Jacki Davis of The VIP Group want their clients to think of them as more than realtors.
The Eureka couple want to be thought of as good neighbors.
“We are realtors, but we are your neighbors first,” Matt said. “We want people to understand that we are here for them. We are in Eureka, and we love this city. We want to give back to it any way we can, and we want to help out fellow Eureka people any way we can.”
The couple has lived in Eureka for five years and joined the VIP Group, which is led by Keith Viau, two years ago.
Offices are at 113 Hilltop Village Center Drive in Eureka, and in St. Louis, Jefferson and Franklin counties.
While the Davises can help anyone buy or sell a home anywhere in the state, they have a special affection for their hometown.
“We want everyone in Eureka to know us and look at us as their neighbors and trusted real estate advisers,” Jackie said.
She said she and Matt work hard to make sure their clients are well informed.
“We try to educate people about the market and how to best advertise to get the most out of their home,” Jackie said. “We take our time to explain everything to make sure they are comfortable with the process, so they are confident and understand what they are getting into.”
Matt said it is important to be there for a client throughout the entire buying or selling process.
“We are not just about closing a transaction,” Matt said. “We are with them every step of the way, no matter how quick or long it may take.”
