Schmitz Realty Group, powered by Keller Williams Realty St. Louis, handles real estate transactions for a wide range of clients but specializes in a younger clientele, says owner Tyler Schmitz.
“We created a team last year and established the office this year,” he said. “I’ve worked in real estate six years, and a lot of my agents are newer to the business. They bring older and current ideas for younger clients, especially first-time home buyers.”
Schmitz Realty Group offers its services to a wide region.
“We do all of Jefferson County, St. Louis County and St. Francois County,” Schmitz said. “We have a couple of agents who work in commercial real estate, along with our residential sales.”
Schmitz said the real estate market remains strong.
“I feel like the market is still doing well,” Schmitz said. “We’ve already closed on 30 units this year. The market is still very active.”
He said his business “recently clinched the prestigious Gold Team Award at the 2024 SGAR (Southern Gateway Association of Realtors) Awards Banquet, showcasing our exceptional sales volume of $15 million to $20 million. This recognition underscores our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.”
The Schmitz Realty Group team is made up of agents Jeanetta Roberts, also the operations manager, John Neff, Kyle Baum, Jill Duffner-Smith, Ashlee Rion, Lynette Burtness-Robertson, Dana Anderson and Wilhelmina Springmeyer.

He and his wife, Courtney, live with their three children in Festus.
