A pair of area real estate agents recently combined forces to better serve clients.
Tyler Schmitz and Lauren Carver on Dec. 2 created the Schmitz Carver Collective powered by eXp Realty. The collective is a team of 11 real estate agents with an office at 206A E. Main St. in Festus.
“We have doubled the power as far as decision making and leadership,” said Carver, who like Schmitz has been a team lead for several years. “Collectively, we served more than 200 clients this year by helping them sell or buy a home or both. We are just trying to serve clients the best we can.”
Carver said the collective’s agents primarily help clients in Jefferson, St. Louis, Franklin, Washington and St. Francois counties, but they may assist people anywhere in the state.
She said an advantage of working with a Schmitz Carver Collective agent is that clients may be assisted by more than one agent.
“Our team is very rooted in everyone is connected and everyone is willing to help each other,” she said. “That is what it is all about. I have seen some of our agents give up clients because they weren’t able to meet their schedules. They pass them off to somebody they know will take good care of them.”
Carver said the collective has an honest and good team of agents who care about their clients; she expects good things for the group’s future.
“It is not just a transaction for us,” she said. “Our first goal for everything is to put our clients in a good spot. We are going places, 2026 is going to be a great year. I can feel it.”
