
Community-minded is the mindset: Realty Executives Premiere wants new agents to join its family
The owners of Realty Executives Premiere are looking to add real estate agents to their roster.
Chuck Maher, who owns the business with his wife, Kim, said they seek agents who will fit in with the culture that has been developed at the company’s locations in Eureka, House Springs, Pacific and Washington.
“We emphasize work ethic, honesty and a commitment to help the community,” Chuck said.
“Our office is a big family. We also do a lot of events to give back to the community like a trunk or treat, Easter egg hunts and barbecues. I believe in giving back to the community. I think that is very important, and we are looking for somebody with that mindset.
“We want someone who wants to be involved and to jump in to help the community.”
Chuck said Realty Executives has 80 agents, and he is looking for more after a few agents either retired or left the real estate business.
He said his business offers great support for agents.
“We are different from most brokerages because Kim and I are both brokers and owners,” Chuck said. “We are available all of the time and will answer the phones at all hours to support our agents.”
Chuck said agents can receive free one-on-one training and coaching, take part in free weekly classes to receive technology training and receive tips on how to use social media platforms.
“The technology and training is top of the line,” Chuck said. “We have some of the best technology available, and agents get their own free website, a branded email address, marketing suite for customized fliers and we hired a social media expert to help our agents build their social media platforms.”
