Realty Executives Premiere office remains committed to community
Realty Executives Premiere agent Sarah Lochmann said she loves working with owner Chuck Maher and Eureka office manager Kim Maher.
“Kim and Chuck are just amazing people in general,” Lochmann said. “They keep us all completely involved in our community. We have food drives, toy drives, we do Shop with a Cop, Police Department barbecues. We do trunk-or-treats and so many other things. They just really give back and
I think that’s super important to me and all the other agents in the office.”
The company has offices in Eureka, Pacific, House Springs and Washington. Lochman said these four locations serve Jefferson County, St. Louis County and Franklin County.
Lochmann said with the four offices, agents are ready to help anyone at any stage of home buying or selling.
“We are at every end of the spectrum, commercial properties and first-time home buyers,” she said.
Lochmann said agents at Realty Executives Premiere are not “cutthroat” with each other when it comes to cultivating clients, much in contrast to the stereotype of real estate agents.
“We’re more like a family than coworkers,” she said. “We get together socially, we get together professionally, we brainstorm together, we help each other out.”
She said all the agents are willing to help any client out.
“If someone’s having an issue that they’ve never dealt with before, we get together and we give ideas and we help each other,” she said.
