Realty Executives Premiere is a one-stop shop
Realty Executives Premiere co-owner Chuck Maher attributes his company’s success to three main factors: customer service, customer convenience and the agent’s extensive knowledge and training.
“We have a full-service office. We have a title company and lenders in our office. Buyers are pre-approved. We go through the whole title process. Everything is done here. They don’t have to go to four or five different places.”
Maher and his wife, Kim Maher, who’s also a broker and owner of Realty Executives Premiere, have more than 25 years of experience in real estate, and they have run their agency for 13 years.
“My wife and I have been brokers for over 25 years, and we’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly. We’ve been through the ups and downs,” Maher said. “We know how to navigate through different scenarios that maybe some of the other brokerages who don’t have as much experience don’t.”
But Maher and his wife aren’t the only experienced brokers at Realty Executives Premiere.
They employ 87 agents who go through extensive training to help their clients.
“I think one of the things that sets our office apart from others is the training and knowledge of our agents,” Maher said. “We have office meetings every Tuesday where we go over the changing trends. Things are changing daily, and we stay on top of it with training and using technology.”
The Mahers’ have four offices. They are at 123 Osage Executive Circle in House Springs, 113 Hilltop Village Center Drive in Eureka, 208 West St. Louis St. in Pacific and 1815 E.
