Realty Executives Premiere has four offices, 80 agents ready to help
Kim Maher, managing broker for Realty Executives Premiere, said the real estate market is still hot.
“The real estate market is still very strong for sellers,” she said.
Maher said a lack of inventory makes it a great time to sell a home.
“It’s a seller’s market,” she said.
She said interest rates are climbing, so those who want to buy a home should strike now before they rise even higher.
“Interest rates have gone up considerably, but they’re still low,” she said. “They’re in the low fours, but they’re up almost a full point plus or minus from last year.”
Maher works with her husband, broker and owner Chuck Maher, and the two have operated Realty Executives Premiere since 2009.
Both have been licensed for more than 20 years, and they have four offices, serving a wide range of people with a variety of needs.
Kim Maher said they have more than 80 agents, though, so someone is always available to help people interested in selling or buying their homes or other properties.
“We have experts for seniors; we have experts for foreclosures,” she said. “We have experts for military relocation, first-time homebuyers, commercial, land, farm, and construction. Any phase of real estate, we have people who are highly trained in those areas.”
Maher said the company’s agents continue to get training and learn about new trends in the industry. “Our agents are some of the most highly educated agents in the market,” she said.
