Willis focuses on personal touch with clients
Jessi Willis of Realty Executives Premiere, 113 Hilltop Village Center Drive, in Eureka, said she focuses on providing a personal experience for all of her clients.
Willis, 39, of Eureka has been a real estate agent for five years, and she said she makes sure she works to meet her clients’ needs.
“I’m not pushy. I want to figure out what is best for my clients,” she said. “I let a client direct their way, and I want them to feel confident in their decisions and not feel pressured in any way.”
Willis said she helps boost her clients’ confidence by making sure they are informed in every aspect of their transaction.
“It is about getting their goals accomplished, instead of being pushy and make them make decisions quickly,” she said.
Willis said she helps clients buy or sell homes in St. Louis and Jefferson counties.
When it comes to buyers, she said the main thing she does is show them as many homes as it takes for them to find the right house.
“They are going to know if it is the right house for them, and sometimes you do have to show them a lot so they know what they don’t like,” Willis said.
She said buyers can look at professional photos and take a video walk-through tour of the home.
For sellers, she helps with staging and provides tips on how to get the best result from the sale.
She said she also helps set realistic expectations.
“Now, we need to educate our clients that the market has kind of changed, and there are not 30 people coming to open houses anymore,” Willis said.
