Sebaugh, Mange real estate agents in tune with community
If you are looking for a real estate agent with experience and community connections, consider Kim Sebaugh and Amanda Mange at Realty Executives Five Star, 344 Festus Centre Drive, in Festus.
Both Sebaugh and Mange volunteer regularly in the community and both are involved in Southern Gateway Association of Realtors.
Sebaugh is a board member of Ride On St. Louis and the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce.
“I like to give back to my community as much as my time allows,” she said.
Mange is a member of the Hillsboro Lions Club, Twin City Area Optimist Club and NextStep for Life.
Sebaugh has more than 10 years of experience as a real estate agent and has a marketing background.
She said she focuses on residential homes and horse-related properties.
“I used to show horses,” she said. “I know what people need and want. I have the experience.”
Mange has been a real estate agent since 2003 and handles mostly residential properties.
“I try to really get to know my clients and forge a relationship,” she said.
She said forging relationships can sometimes lead to finding the perfect home faster.
“I would rather show you four or five homes that I know you are going to like instead of 20,” Mange said.
She said other expertise she brings to the table is her skills with property management.
“I feel that I am more well-rounded,” Mange said.
Sebaugh said both she and Mange work with broker Cindy Callahan at Realty Executives Five Star, which has been owned by Callahan since 2008.
