Realty Executives Five Star Homes has new owner
Jennifer Jones, the new owner of Realty Executives Five Star Homes in Festus, said the company has built an excellent reputation over the years and will continue providing the excellent level of service it is known for.
“I just purchased the brokerage from Cindy Callahan,” Jones said. “It’s still called Realty Executives Five Star Homes. It’s a partnership with the clients that has been established over the years.”
Jones said the business is adapting to the change in ownership and the technology that has become so important in the world of real estate.
“I am here to help our agents build their business even stronger,” she said. “I’ve been an agent in real estate for seven years. I’ve been in sales and marketing for 25 years. I bring the marketing experience, and we offer new technology training to get on these platforms.”
Jones said it is important for agents to guide clients through electronic communications.
“The client has so much coming at them on their phones and tablets. It’s important to have that experience and knowledge for an agent to assist the buyer and the seller.”
Callahan is still at the brokerage, offering her assistance.
“Cindy is not leaving,” Jones said. “She’s still here, dedicated to our agents and our clients.”
There continues to be more buyers than sellers in real estate, Jones said.
“The demand is high,” she said. “The supply is still low, which is creating a frenzy. Interest rates are still so good.”
