Real estate broker Cort Dietz said those who want to buy or sell a home should seek help from the best professionals, like those at Re-Max Realty Cafe, 2340 N. Truman Blvd., in Crystal City.
“The majority of agents are suffering through a very down year. But, we are actually up 55 percent over last year’s production and headed to another record year,” he said. “I have learned that clients seek us out because they have trust and confidence in how we approach the real estate business.”
Dietz, who has worked in real estate since 1983, said his team of three experienced real estate professionals serve their clients with honesty and a commitment to make the process smooth and safe.
The Re-Max Realty Cafe team also includes Nic Walters and Frank Copanas and serves Jefferson, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve and St. Charles counties and the St. Louis area.
Dietz said clients won’t receive better service from other agents because Re-Max Realty Cafe was not built on social media, billboards or gimmicks.
“We focus on providing what really matters to people, and we do it for everyone, every time, without fail.”
Dietz said it’s a great time to buy. The expanded home inventory and falling mortgage rates could encourage more buyers.
“Getting ahead of that trend can mean the buyer has less competition in winning their new home. Some people are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the election to be over. Having been through many of these election cycles, I have noticed that after the election, whether it goes your way or not, the need for a new home still exists. There are never any drastic changes economically immediately following an election. So waiting doesn’t really do you any good.”
