Presleys Glass, a family-owned and operated glass installation company in Pacific, prides itself on building trust and a deep commitment to the community it serves, said Rick Presley.
Since its founding in February 1994 by Charleen Presley, the company has remained in the same location, 1206 Thorton St. When the business started, Charleen hired her son, Kirk, to help. A few years later, Charleen’s other son, Rick, and Kirk’s wife, Lisa, also joined the team.
Presleys Glass has expanded greatly over the past 31 years. In 2020, the company reached a major milestone with the addition of a 20,000-square-foot facility for its commercial division.
In 2021, Charleen retired, and Lisa became the chief operating officer. Kirk heads up the commercial division of the business, and Rick heads the residential division of the business, which includes glass shower doors and shower enclosures.
Today, the business employs more than 30 people, including, Lisa and Kirk’s daughter, Faith, who works in the office.
Rick said Presleys Glass also believes in giving back to the community by supporting a wide range of economic, humanitarian and youth development efforts, such as Crisis Aid International, Hope Ranch of Missouri, Pacific Area Chamber of Commerce, Pacific Partnership, Pacific High School football and PacMo Nation.
Rick also said Presleys Glass’ philanthropic work reflects the company’s values.
