Rhonda Overberg of Re/Max Best Choice said the homes she is selling in the new Konert Valley subdivision in the Fenton area are going quickly.
“We’re about a third sold out already,” said Overberg, the broker and owner of Re/Max Best Choice locations in Festus, St. Louis and Farmington. “We’ve got about eight under contract.”
Overberg said the subdivision comprises 27 lots and is located about one half mile from Old Hwy. 21 and is accessible via Konert Road. The subdivision itself includes two roads – Konert Crossing and Konert Circle.
Konert Valley is located within the Fox C-6 School District.
Overberg said K.A.B. Homes is the builder, and the subdivision offers several home models, ranging from ranch-style to two-story options. The homes range in size from 1,500 square feet to 2,500 square feet and sell for $294,610 to $347,500, depending on the model.
Each home has at least three bedrooms and two baths, as well as a vast list of quality standard features, including a $1,000 lighting allowance, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and architectural shingles, she said.
“Our builder hands out a list of option pricing, where most builders don’t, so you can take your option pricing list along with your base price, and actually go down that list and know exactly what you would be spending,” Overberg said.
Konert Valley sales office hours are from noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
Overberg said she has a team of agents selling homes in three other K.A.B. subdivisions, one in Herculaneum and two in Festus.
“If the Konert location isn’t where (people) are looking, we have other subdivisions with other school districts available as well.”
