Missouri Farm Bureau isn’t just for farmers
Nicole Ghirardi, sales manager for the Missouri Farm Bureau Agency in Hillsboro, said she knows that being available when her customers need her is vital.
“You can email me, you can call me, you can text me and no matter the time, we will be calling you back. We will be getting in touch with you. It’s not just a 9-to-5 office. We’re always there.”
Ghirardi, who recently moved to the Hillsboro area with her husband and two children, has been in the insurance business for more than 10 years. She moved into two previously established Missouri Farm Bureau offices earlier this year, one at 10620 Business 21, Suite B in Hillsboro, and the other at 159 Arnold Crossroads Center in Arnold.
Ghirardi said Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance isn’t just insurance for farmers.
“We sell auto, we sell home, we sell life and we specialize in small business insurance,” she said. “We have a wide variety of insurance that not everyone probably thinks of when they think of Missouri Farm Bureau.”
Ghirardi said she plans to bring a personalized touch to the insurance experience that customers can’t get with bigger companies. Customers will be able to come into her office for face-to-face conversations and they will be able to work with the same people at her office they’re already familiar with.
Ghirardi said she knows that big companies that make you call 800 numbers for assistance can feel very impersonal.
“I’ve worked at different insurance offices, and I know how people can become policy numbers. With us, they’re always going to have a name and a face,” she said.
