Woods, a second-generation State Farm insurance agent, has been working in the field since 1988. He said his experience is key to helping people make the right choices about their insurance coverage.
He said his job allows him to help people, which he finds rewarding.
“I have 34 years of experience and I like to help people,” Woods said. “Insurance is the perfect example of something that helps people, especially when they’re in their time of need, whether it’s an accident or fire. I like to be there to help people with that.”
Woods said he also likes to help his community, so he is involved with several organizations. He is a member of the Hillsboro Community Civic Club, Hillsboro Rotary Club and the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Hillsboro Fire Protection District board.
“I like to give back,” he said.
Woods’ office is at 10540 Business 21 in Hillsboro, and he employs one staff member.
“The office is centrally located in Hillsboro and in the county,” he said. “We love our community and want to help everyone with their insurance needs.”
