Realtor Holly Crump said she recently helped a client sell a luxury home overlooking the Mississippi River in Pevely for just under $2 million, the highest-priced sale in Jefferson County in eight years.
Crump, who has worked as a real estate agent for the past six years, said the home, on 8 acres off Bluff Road, was under contract in nine days.
“It’s a record-breaking sale for Jefferson County,” she said. “That shows we have luxury properties, and luxury buyers, in our county. Home values are going to skyrocket due to that $2 million sale.”
Crump works out of the RE/MAX Results office at 4850 Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis County. She established her real estate business in 2018 and serves Jefferson and St. Louis counties.
A home in the 900 block of Bluff Road in Pevely recently sold for just under $2 million.
She has won an industry Rookie of the Year award and a Rising Star award for the St. Louis region.
Crump is also a member of RE/MAX’s “Torchbearer Group,” which recognizes the top five Realtors under 40 years old in Missouri.
Crump sold 57 homes in the St. Louis area in 2024.
