Her listings ‘pop’ - Agent adds special touches to make buyers feel at home
Real estate agent Lisa Casey-Rush said she makes sure all her listings “pop.”
“I offer mini staging with all of my listings,” she said.
Casey-Rush said she decorates counters and adds rugs to make rooms’ special features stand out. She said mini staging can make a big difference.
“Color is really important. By adding some spreads and colors, I think (buyers) can better visualize themselves in a home,” she said.
Casey-Rush, who has five years’ experience, said she has enough supplies to add special touches to eight to 10 houses at a time. She does not add any furniture, just small decorations that can help potential buyers feel at home while touring a house.
“If (the sellers) do not want it, that’s OK, too,” she said.
Casey-Rush said she helps buyers and sellers all around Jefferson County and south St. Louis County.
She also said she can help buyers or sellers at any stage of life.
“I have a wide variety of expertise,” she said. “I am very into customer service. I think you really need to get to know your customers’ needs and wants.”
She said she asks her customers a lot of questions so she can help them find the “perfect fit.”
“Really just sitting down and doing some one-on-one, really digging into a conversation,” she said.
