Image Realty’s float in the Flag Day Parade held June 11 that started at the Big River VFW Post 5331 in Cedar Hill and ended at the High Ridge Elks Lodge.
‘Honesty, integrity and hard work’
Potential Image Realty clients only need to look at the company’s mission statement posted on a wall at its High Ridge office to know what kind of service they will receive, co-owner and broker Charlene Robinson said.
The sign at the office, 2797 High Ridge Blvd., says, “We serve with honesty, integrity and hard work,” Robinson said.
She said Image Realty agents work to educate clients about what they need to do to sell their homes, including how to price them.
“We would rather tell them, ‘No, you are not going to get that price and walk away from the listing, instead of wasting their time and crushing their hopes later when they haven’t gotten that amount,” she said.
Robinson said Image Realty agents also help clients who want to buy a home, making sure they are happy with their purchases.
“One thing I have taught my agents is to slow your buyer down and point out three things about a house they cannot change,” she said. “That way they will not have buyer’s remorse.”
Image Realty also works to help the community, holding an annual Veterans Appreciation Golf Tournament. The next one will be on Sept. 10 at Fore Honor Golf & Event Center, 5300 Dulin Creek Road, in House Springs.
Entry in the four-person scramble costs $300 per team or $75 for an individual player. Proceeds will be used to purchase an MRI machine to help diagnosis military veterans and first-responders who may have posttraumatic stress disorder, Robinson said.
“We do so many community projects to help the community, especially veterans,” she said.
