Hopkins Floor Co. owner Nick Hopkins says this is the best time for customers to buy a new floor.
“Our warehouse is overstocked, and we have to make room for the new materials arriving daily for 2025,” said Hopkins.
The company has a location at 2323 Hwy. 67 in the Festus area and another one at 10159 Watson Road in south St. Louis County.
Hopkins said the company is currently holding the best deals of the year, with glue-down, waterproof flooring at 85 cents per square foot; commercial grade laminate flooring at $1.99 per square foot; 100-ounce carpet (the heaviest made) at $1.99 a square foot; hardwood flooring at $1.50 a square foot; carpet remnants from $49; 50 percent off; and all SPC waterproof floors at cost.
Hopkins said the company also offers flooring installation.
He said his family has owned and operated the business since 1963, when Carl “Hoppy” and Florence Hopkins started their own business with the idea to provide great quality flooring and the best sales and installation services available.
