Realtor Tara Hebenstreit of Coldwell Banker Realty-Gundaker said she loves bringing in new families and businesses.
“My specialties are Jefferson, St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve counties,” said Hebenstreit, who is based in Festus.
Hebenstreit said she enjoys bringing families, builders and jobs to Jefferson County, where both commercial and residential developments are growing.
“There’s new construction, new builders, new commercial properties,” she said. “That’s all positive because it brings more jobs to the area.”
Real Trends named Hebenstreit among 2023’s America’s Best Top Real Estate Professionals. Hebenstreit, who has been a real estate agent for nine years, said she was honored by the recognition.
In 2022, Hebenstreit helped 66 families close on a purchase or sale of a home, and business has been just as brisk so far this year.
“I am very grateful to all of my clients, as well as my support system,” Hebenstreit said. “Being a Realtor today takes more hard work and dedication than it ever has in the past. I welcome the challenges of today’s market because there are few things more rewarding to me than helping people fulfill their home ownership or investment goals.”
She is looking forward to the summer market and for interest rates to normalize.
Hebenstreit, who lives in Festus, and her husband Jerrod have six children and two grandchildren.
