With ten years under her belt in the real estate business, Hebenstreit said positivity is also the key to success. She encourages embracing new opportunities and making the most out of them.
“My biggest thing for the new year is continuing relationships and referrals and moving forward just being positive,” Hebenstreit said. “We’re starting the new year off and everybody’s been a little nervous about what’s going to happen. I think we need to stay focused on the real estate world as it’s coming into balance. We’re seeing the start of rates dropping and home values staying steady.”

Hebenstreit, who lives in Festus, and her husband Jerrod have six children and two grandchildren. “Even though I’m a real estate agent and I work full time, I’m still a mom and a grandma. Family is so important to me.”
