Community service the heart of Heartland
Broker-owner Patty Hammond said her Heartland Realty agency in De Soto is deeply involved in its community.
“Community service remains very important to us,” she said of her business, 50 Jefferson Square. “I was born and raised here. We’ve been participating in De Soto church events and other community events, like the De Soto Fall Festival. I donate to P.R.I.D.E. De Soto. I donate and sponsor books for second graders at three local schools. I donate to several other community organizations.”
Hammond said her agency continues to benefit from the healthy real estate market.
“Heartland Realty is still finding the market strong as far as sales,” she said. “We have lots of buyers getting financing. We just need more sellers to put their homes on the market.”
She said Heartland Realty offers exceptional service, as is spelled out in its mission statement: “Our philosophy is simple: clients come first. We pledge to be in constant communication with our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. “We give great commission rates and we do not charge our buyers or sellers administrative fees,” she said.
