Exit Elite Realty, seeking more space, plans to move in 2023

Bill Holloway said Exit Elite Realty, a business that specializes in finding new homes for others, will move to a new home of its own in 2023.

The agency, owned by Holloway and John Akers, will relocate from its 1960 Richardson Road to 630 Jeffco Blvd.

“We should be in the new building by May of next year,” Holloway said. “We’re expanding. The new office will more than double our existing square footage to over 12,000 square feet.

“We’re busting at the seams as we now have a staff of 70 agents,” he said.

In the meantime, he said, the Richardson Road office will remain open for business.

Holloway said there has been no lull in the real estate boom for Exit Elite Realty.

“We had more than $100 million in volume of sales,” Holloway said. “That’s what we sold over the last year. There is still high demand and low inventory. It’s definitely still a seller’s market.”

He said Exit Elite Realty can also help those seeking to buy houses avoid mistakes in the pursuit of a new home.

“We don’t want our buyers to misstep – overpaying on an asking price, for example,” Holloway said. “We don’t want them to overbid just so they can win the bid. We guide them around these traps.”

Exit Elite Realty, which opened in 2006, is a franchise of Exit Realty International.
