Lammert of Exit Elite Realty focuses on ease of transaction for clients
Alexandria Lammert of Exit Elite Realty in Arnold said she strives to alleviate the stress clients may feel when buying and selling homes.
“I do everything in my power to make a smooth transaction for both buyer and seller in every sale,” Lammert said. “This year, I received the ‘Most Dedicated’ award from my brokers at our award ceremony.”
Lammert said she has a lot of experience in the industry.
“I got my license in 2006 and have been a realtor for 16 years,” she said. “I’ve been with Exit Elite Realty for 15 years.
“I also have a wide variety of different types of sales I have closed and loan types or cash sales I have worked with or negotiated for,” she said.
Lammert said she takes her clients’ interests to heart.
“I make every client’s experience personal,” she said. “They aren’t just business. They become like family. From my sellers’ joy when we sell their home to the pure thrill and excitement and, sometimes, frustration helping my buyers find the perfect place to call home for them and their families, I feel it all for them and it drives me to do my absolute best.
“I am dedicated to treating every client the way I would want my own transaction to go.”
The real estate boom that erupted during the COVID-19 pandemic continues to roll on, she said.
“Homes are selling very quickly these days and even though it is still a seller’s market, I strongly feel it shouldn’t discourage buyers,” Lammert said. “The interest rates are still low and I suggest taking advantage.”
