Consort Homes is offering an extra incentive for those considering buying one of its new homes, the Dress Up event.

“We’re doing a $12,000 promotion for the exterior of your home,” said Sarah Barker, a sales associate with the Chesterfield-based business. She has worked with the homebuilders for more than four years.

“You can use (the promotion) to zhuzh up the exterior of your home in any way you want – you can add coach lights, you can add a dormer, add stone or brick.”

The promotion is for homebuyers who enter a contract with the builder before Halloween and will allow a discount of up to $12,000 off a new home contract for landscaping and upgraded garage doors as well.

“(The housing market) is a little more challenging right now with interest rates so high, but we do have that $12,000 to work with.”

Barker said the Dress Up event would work perfectly for homebuyers interested in Consort Home’s latest development in Eureka, Windswept Farms.

The 174-acre community is nearing completion at Hwy. 109 and Hwy. W. According to the Consort Homes website, the subdivision will include 557 homes.

Barker said Consort Homes has about 40 lots left.

“It’s one of our biggest communities and it’s just beautiful,” she said. “We still have a lot of large home sites. There are two beautiful lakes when you enter. There is a lot of common ground and a private community garden. It’s in the Rockwood School District, which people love. People buy there because of the school district.”

Barker said three different styles of homes are available at Windswept Farms, including two ranch layouts and one two-story model.

“We can build you your own as well,” she said.
