Debrecht Properties, owned by Lorenzo Debrecht under Lorenzo LLC, is offering a winter special for new tenants looking to rent a unit in one of its luxury apartment complexes.
Lee Gray, senior property manager for Debrecht Properties, said the winter special runs until Nov. 30 and consists of $500 off any short-term lease (six to 11 months), one month free with a 13-month lease and two months free with a 15-month lease.
“Winter is a busy season for everyone. With this incentive, it does make moving a bit easier, especially for those who are looking for a new place during the holiday season,” Gray said.
Debrecht Properties owns two complexes in Festus: West Village Apartments, 725 American Legion Drive, and its newest property, Legion Apartments, 1107 Patriot Drive. The company recently sold its Stoney Pines Apartment complex in Barnhart to Storyboard Living.
West Village apartment complex began occupancy in 2024 and has 200 units, both one-bedroom-and-one-bath and two-bed-and-two-bath units. The Legion also has 200 units and will begin occupancy for two-bed-and-two-bath and three-bed-and-three-bath units in December, with one-bed-and-one-bath-units ready by early 2026.
The monthly rent at the complexes for a one-bed-and-one-bath unit is $1,350 and for a two-bed-and-two-bath unit $1,650. At the Legion Apartments, rent for a three-bed-and-three-bath unit is $1,950.
Amenities at the complexes are in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in showers and tubs, open floor concepts and spacious balconies.
“People say it’s like a resort,” Gray said. “ We’ll have shared amenities with the Legion and West Village, including a pool and a gymnasium. The apartments are crisp and clean, just like you would want a new home to be when you move in.”
