Consort Homes is giving savings on kitchen upgrades for its Windswept Farms location in Eureka.
Consort Homes is giving homebuyers a spring break with savings up to $12,000 in custom kitchen upgrades and options at its Windswept Farms community, near Hwy. 109 and Hwy. W in the Jefferson County part of Eureka. The incentive runs through March.
“The kitchen is the epicenter of a home, which makes personalizing it even more fun,” said Dawn Thurman, marketing manager. “Our design team will help you create your dream kitchen. Our upgrades include sleek stainless appliances, elegant granite countertops and warm hardwood flooring.”
Consort, based at 16141 Swingley Ridge Road in Chesterfield, is known for its energy-efficient and environmentally responsible homes. It also has built developments in Lake St. Louis and St. Charles, and is offering the spring incentive at all locations.
Consort Homes are built with multiple energy efficiencies. All homes have a 93-percent high-efficiency gas furnace, compared with the standard of 80 percent. Ductwork is designed to prevent air from escaping along with a sealed air infiltration system. Attic insulation and exterior wall fiberglass insulation contribute to energy savings. Premium sheathing on exterior walls and roof trusses protect homes from the elements.
“In every single home, regardless whether it is $350,000 or $1 million, buyers get our energy-efficiency features,” Thurman said. “When people buy a new home, they often upgrade to a larger home with more square footage. They may worry that their utility bills will be higher. In our homes, utilities are often lower.”
Homes at Windswept Farms start at $400,000.
