Ernie Coleman, the owner and operator of Coleman’s Tree Service, has more than 30 years of industry experience and prides himself on ensuring every customer is satisfied with his work.
To aid in that satisfaction, Coleman’s business offers free estimates and a discount on services for senior citizens.
“I travel to the client and view the area that needs tending,” he said. “The estimates are free; it does not cost the client a thing for me to see what work needs to be done and let them know how much it would cost. And if the clients are seniors, they get a 10 percent discount on the job.”
Coleman’s Tree Service is a 24-hour business that primarily serves customers in Jefferson County, but he said he will also travel to St. Louis County and go as far south as Ste. Genevieve County.
“My work has to do with trees, shrubs, bushes and more,” he said. “I work on the removal of trees and stumps, deal with storm damage cleanup, trim trees and offer other additional full services. I also do some landscaping, depending on the job at hand.”
Coleman said his reputable services keep loyal customers coming back, adding that they share their experience working with his tree service business with friends and family members.
“A lot of my work is through customer referrals, which is nice to see. It means that they are happy with the work I’ve done and think others will be too,” Coleman said. “If it is a referral job, I might be inclined to travel farther than just the normal areas I cover.”
