Real estate office puts everything you need under one roof
Coldwell Banker Realty – Gundaker Metro South in Festus does all the heavy lifting in every type of real estate matter so that clients don’t have to break a sweat.
“We make it easy for our customers with our one-stop shopping,” branch manager Brian Ellsworth said.
“Our integrated services are our title partners, our home warranty partners, and our lender partners,” he said. “Because we integrate our services into our transactions, it helps the consumer have smoother, easier transactions. We’re all working on the same team to get them to closing.”
Ellsworth said this service can take a lot of stress off a homebuyer.
“It’s easy for them because they are not going to three different people, they are not choosing a lender that their Realtor has never worked with or title company,” he said. “At the end of the day, we can help them get a good, clear title, we can help them get a mortgage, and we’ll work with those partners because they’re located in our office.”
Ellsworth said agents in his office have lots of experience and help sell and buy properties everywhere in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
“We’ve been through bad markets; we’ve been through challenging markets,” he said. “Our agents are very well-trained. We educate our agents on everything that has to do with the real estate market and how to best service their clients.”
Ellsworth said this year alone he has added 26 new agents to his team and hopes to hire more.
“We have lots of educational opportunities to help you grow your business,” he said. “When agents work with us, it’s a partnership. We not only want to promote our brand, but we also want to promote our agents and give them all the tools and resources for them to be successful.”
