Brightway Insurance in Arnold does all the heavy lifting when it comes to helping someone pick the best insurance for his or her specific needs.
Formerly Global Green Insurance, Brightway is the second largest broker in the United States. Each store is independently owned.
“Brightway Insurance is a brokerage where we shop customers insurance for them with multiple companies, whether it be for auto, home, recreational lines or commercial,” said Tracey Luye, agent and owner of Brightway in Arnold. “We don’t do life or health insurance at this time.”
Since the switch from Global Green, Luye said the technology for clients is simpler to use.
“The difference between Global Green and Brightway is the technology is at your fingertips with all the policies in one spot,” Luye said. “Even if (customers) have multiple policies with different carriers in our office, they have one page to go to showing all their coverages. It’s very flexible and easy to use.”
Luye has more than 20 years of customer service and sales experience. Her goal at Brightway is to build relationships through honesty and genuine care because great service doesn’t end when the policy is signed.
“We are fast, and it’s usually same day turnaround for your quotes,” Luye said.
Some of the top insurance companies Brightway offers include Safeco, Progressive, Geico Travelers, The Hartford, Allstate and Nationwide.
“We do everything from A to Z with anything inside your personal life that you would need insurance for,” Luye said.
Brightway provides customers with multiple estimates based on what type of insurance they need.
Luye’s office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment on weekends.
